A Night At The Bluestone (A Queen Tribute Benefitting Project: Zero Ohio)
December 1st, 2012
- The Bluestone
583 East Broad Street
Columbus, OH 43215 - Saturday, December 1st, 8:00pm
It's been 21 years since Queen's Front-Man, Freddie Mercury, passed away due to AIDS. And while his arena rock anthems live on, so does the disease that took his life. On Saturday, December 1st, local musicians will come together to commemorate World AIDS Day at The Bluestone. A portion of the concert's proceeds benefit Project: Zero Ohio, a non-profit organization that strives to assure local HIV and AIDS patients receive the medical care they need. The beloved Queen Tribute Band, Mr. Fahrenheit and The Loverboys, will be headlining the show alongside Van Haken, A Local Van Halen Tribute Band. Joshua P. James and The Paper Planes and members of the Columbus Gay Men's Chorus are also on the bill. So join renowned drag queen, Nina West, on December 1st at Bluestone to rock out and raise money to assist those with HIV and AIDS.
