It's time to party for the pooches! CHA Animal Shelter is hosting it's 9th annual "Paws To Party" event, Friday, February 15th. CHA Animal Shelter is a non-profit animal shelter dedicated to finding permanent homes for abandoned cats and dogs in Central Ohio! With wine samples, Hors D'oeuvres and a silent auction, this event is worth all the bark!
