Give the Gift of Music - Weekend One

August 29th, 2020

We are partnering with the Columbus Music Commission to help promote the Gift of Music campaign, and we encourage everyone to come together to support the cause!

The Gift of Music campaign is a music instrument drive initiated by the Columbus Music Commission to collect unused, new, or gently used music instruments and equipment for Columbus City Schools’ students. The campaign also ensures students’ access to music education and development. New or gently used musical instruments, amplifiers, strings, electric keyboards, and accessories will all be gladly accepted.

Collection dates include August 29-30 and September 5-6. Donations can be made conveniently and safely by visiting more than 10 no-contact, curbside drop-off locations around central Ohio, which can be found HERE. You can drop off your instruments at CD102.5 at these dates from 9:00am to 5:00pm

Those who do not have an instrument to donate, but would like to make a contribution towards the purchase of a new instrument, can do so by visiting the Gift of Music GoFundMe page. All donations are tax-deductible.
